Clan war form (officers)

This is form for officers so that we have unified announcement of clan wars (via in-game event tab)

Date and time: Date, time, timezone (GMT+x)
Format:
Map pool: Current ladder 1v1 maps, each can be chosen only once (until all are used)
Map choice: First map is veto'd, then loser's choice
Host: unknown (back-up: unknown)
Streamer: unknown (co-caster: unknown)

Roster: 3 league X, 2 league Y

As for format, the most common one we play is all-kill: Winner stays on until all players of the opponent clan have been eliminated. This is most common for clan wars which include players of 1 or 2 different leagues

When clan war is played across multiple league (for example silver - masters), it's best to play one 1v1 between players of the same league, the resulting score being the sum of all wins/losses (so if our silver, gold, plat wins, but dia and masters loses, we still win the whole clan war)
