• Recruitment - When inviting a member, make sure they are fully aware of everything they need to know in the clan, down to the weekly events & requirements. After inviting a member or if you see they're application and they haven't been invited, please be sure to put them on the spreadsheet membership list; https://docs.google....NZeF9YeHc#gid=4
  
• Spreadsheet Administration - Keeping it up to date, so when your hosting a practice and someone is late, you are able to change it. Or when a member leaves without notice or is inactive, you can remove them from the spreadsheet.
  
• Clan War Arranger/Manager - Any Leiutenant is welcome to arrange clan wars s'long they are able to host it and get the rosters set up, so in short. Being the leader for the clan war.
